Terms and Conditions

Monthly auto-renew cancellation requires 48 hours notice in writing before the next billing cycle. Requests should be sent to info@hotyogacapecod.com. Class cards expire 6 months after first use. These cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. All memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared. Students ages 16–18 must have signed permission from a parent or legal guardian. Children under 16 are not allowed in class for insurance purposes.
